Available files:
– SVG Files for machine cutting: SVG files are ideal for machine cutting, enabling you to achieve precise cuts. There are two folders available: the first one contains SVG files with exterior main panels, accent exterior panels, and panels for the bridge. The second folder contains SVG files for stabilizer pattern pieces
– PDF files for hand cutting: just print them out and cut along the lines to quickly achieve the desired result
There is one folder with 6 files in PDF format
– Instructions in PDF format provides you with a comprehensive, step-by-step guide. Each step is explained and accompanied by clear and detailed images, ensuring that even beginners can follow along with ease. The instructions are made for one design and since all designs are based on the same cutting parts, you will easily apply them to the other 5

The pattern offers various options. It can be customized in many ways. The pattern is designed as a quick scrap buster.
Use non-frying fabrics such as vinyl, leather, or felt to sew a speedy eyeglass case. You will need only 12’’x 12’’ (30 cm x 30 cm) of fabric.
You can choose between 3 different types of closures. You will need a set of:
– magnet closure with prongs – 1/2 inch diameter (14mm diameter) or
– magnet closure with rivet – 1/2 inch diameter (14mm diameter) or
– snap closure
Different linings can be used, such as felt, self-adhesive linings, pigskin leather, thin faux
leather, etc.
Depending on the thickness of the fabric and your preferences, you may choose to use a
stabilizer or you may opt not to.
Materials needed:
- Non-fraying fabric for exterior (raw edge is exposed): 12’’x 12’’ (30 cm x 30 cm) –
double-sided vinyl, vinyl, cork, leather, felt - For best results choose thicker fabrics. Keep in mind your machine’s capabilities.
- Non-fraying fabrics for lining (optional): 12’’x 12’’ (30 cm x 30 cm)
*Use a self-adhesive lining on the back of the fabric if using stabilizer.
Alternatively, glue lining to exterior using glue/spray glue. - Stabilizer (optional) – 12’’x 12’’ (30 cm x 30 cm) – Decovil light
- Use a stabilizer if using thinner fabric.
- You can choose between 3 different types of closures. You will need a set of:
magnet closure with prongs – 1/2 inch diameter (14mm diameter) or
magnet closure with rivet – 1/2 inch diameter (14mm diameter) or
snap closure - 2 double sided rivets
